Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 25% of the booking cost.

Caravan and Motorhome Club Membership
Woodgate Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location (CL).
All guests staying on site must be current members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club and will be asked to provide their membership number when booking or on arrival. Guests who are not already members may join the Club before or upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from non-members.
Bookings and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required to secure your pitch.
The remaining balance will automatically be collected 14 days before your arrival date.
Bookings made within 14 days of arrival will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Alterations
Cancellations or changes made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to alter your booking dates, please contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
Refunds or discounts are not offered for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Arrival and Departure
Pitches are available from 12pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate your pitch by 11am on the day of departure.
Early arrivals are only available by prior arrangement and cannot be guaranteed.
If you expect to arrive later than planned, please let us know where possible. Bookings may be held for up to 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, Woodgate Farm reserves the right to re-let the pitch.
Please ensure your pitch is left clean and tidy and all rubbish is disposed of in the bins provided.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome at Woodgate Farm.
For the safety of our livestock, wildlife and other guests, dogs must be kept under control and on a lead whilst on site and whenever near livestock.
There are lovely public footpaths directly from the farm for you to enjoy with your dog. Please ensure dogs remain under control at all times and are kept on leads around livestock.
Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste appropriately.
If dogs become a nuisance through excessive barking, aggression or disturbance to livestock or other guests, we reserve the right to ask owners to take appropriate action.
Children
Children are very welcome at Woodgate Farm but remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.
As this is a working farm, children must be supervised and should not enter farm buildings, yards or restricted areas.
Working Farm Safety
Woodgate Farm is a working farm. Guests are asked to respect the farm, livestock and surrounding countryside at all times.
Please do not feed or approach livestock.
Public footpaths cross parts of the farm and guests are welcome to use these. Please leave gates exactly as you find them and follow any signs or instructions provided.
For your safety, guests must not enter farm buildings, yards or use farm machinery or vehicles unless invited to do so.
Please be aware that farm vehicles and machinery may occasionally be operating nearby.
Vehicles and Speed Limit
Please drive carefully and considerately whilst on site.
A maximum speed limit of 5 mph applies at all times.
Please be aware that neighbouring properties also use the access track and drive slowly for the safety of children, dogs, livestock and other guests.
Electric vehicles and electric bikes must not be charged using the pitch electric hook-up.
Generators are not permitted on site.
Please keep vehicle movements to a minimum during quiet hours and be considerate of other guests and neighbouring properties.
Awnings, Gazebos and Additional Structures
Awnings and small gazebos are welcome, provided they are safely erected and do not obstruct neighbouring pitches or access routes.
Please ensure all structures are securely erected and suitable for weather conditions.
BBQs and Fire Pits
Raised BBQs and raised fire pits are welcome.
Please ensure they are used safely, never left unattended and are fully extinguished after use.
Open fires directly on the grass are not permitted.
Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and sparklers are not permitted anywhere on site.
We reserve the right to restrict the use of BBQs or fire pits during periods of extreme weather or if safety becomes a concern.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome.
Please ensure your visitors are respectful of other guests, follow the site rules and are considerate when parking.
Waste and Recycling
Please help us keep Woodgate Farm clean and tidy by using the bins and recycling facilities provided.
Grey waste should be disposed of using the pitch connections provided or at the designated disposal point. Please do not dispose of waste water directly onto the ground.
Please do not leave rubbish outside overnight and ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly before departure.
Shower and Toilet Facilities
We are pleased to offer shower and toilet facilities for guests staying on site.
Please help us keep these facilities clean and pleasant for everyone by leaving them tidy after use.
If you notice any issues or require assistance, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Noise and Consideration for Others
We want Woodgate Farm to remain a peaceful and relaxing place for everyone.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
Music is welcome, but please be considerate of other guests and neighbouring properties.
Wi-Fi
We are currently in the process of improving connectivity at Woodgate Farm.
At present, Wi-Fi is not available on site, although we hope to offer this in the future.
Many guests enjoy the opportunity to switch off, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside during their stay.

Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings whilst staying at Woodgate Farm.
Vehicles, caravans and personal possessions are left on site at the owner's risk.
Whilst we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Woodgate Farm accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury except where required by law.
Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay
We reserve the right to refuse bookings or ask guests to leave the site without refund if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, causes distress to livestock, damages property or negatively affects the enjoyment of other guests.
